Suri Cruise & Ella Stiller Have Playdates

Ben Stiller’s wife, Christine Taylor, spoke last night at a ceremony in New York held by the Museum of the Moving Image to honor her husband about how her 6-year-old daughter Ella loves to play with 2 1/2-year-old Suri Cruise, because she gets to play the “older sister.”

“We’ve had a couple of play dates, and they’re just like any other play dates,” said Christine. “[Suri’s] amazing, [Tom and Katie Holmes] are terrific. When little kids get together you just let them do their thing and there’s no outside elements, you know what I mean. It’s always just a great thing to see your kids connecting and you see the different stages. Ella used to always be the one looking up to the older girls and now she’s kind of taken on that kind of big girl role.”

The other day I was discussing what a rare event it is to see a picture of Suri Cruise using her feet. It seems she's always being carried by either Katie or Tom, and she's usually hiding her face in toddler anguish. It isn't easy being a Cruise.

Suri Cruise took her new best friend to the park yesterday - a miniature Paddington Bear. She is so adorable. Suri walking hand in hand with her mom Katie Holmes. When they got to the park near their New York home Katie entertained a delighted Suri by standing Paddington on a railing.

Not needing their ladybug umbrella on this particular November day, Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise were spotted enjoying a mother/daughter day out on Friday (November 7).

The former “Dawson’s Creek” cutie and her 2-year-old sweetheart spent the afternoon walking through Union Square, where they purchased a pie to take home.

Sometimes the paps can be really rude to get the shot that they want. And I’m sure they are constantly following Katie Holmes and Suri. There is always millions of photos of them kicking around. Suri finally got her pay back to the paps. Way to go, girl.
