Moto GP got back today after its break with Spanish riders doing well in all 3 catagories. The Czech Republic circuit gave margin for some great racing that brought along excitement & some surprises. In the Moto GP catagory, Italian Valentino Rossi won after Australian World Champion Casey Stoner surprising fall while leading the race ahead of Rossi. Well we are late in posting our race review from Sundays action but we though we’d make a few post-race comments. It was an amazing race full of action, drama and some absolutely sensational riding. The French weather loomed and caused all sorts of tension and uncertainty. Would it rain would it hold off. The race was declared a ‘dry race’ however, it did drizzle slightly. Wow what another amazing Moto GP race! As usual the magnificent Estoril Circuit in Portugal produced amazing racing and all the drama you could wish for with it’s changing weather and challenging undulating layout. Rain affected the free practise sessions with all teams losing valuable time in their pursuit of the perfect dry set-up. The highlight of the day at Le Mons (French GP) was the first victory ever for Spanish rider ALEX DEBÓN ( pictured below) in the 250cc catagory. Great ride were the driver risked with slicks on a "wet surface" that become dry as the race went on. The 2ºplace went to Italian Simoncelli who overtook fellow countryman Pasini in the last curve.
