The Verne Troyer sex tape has officially been unleashed on the world, and you have to admit, it peaks your curiosity just a little bit.

There's just something about two totally disproportionate people gettin' it on that's just fascinating, because honestly, most people want to know how it's done.

The footage is being peddled on the website SexWithMiniMe.com, which looks like an ad for an Austin Powers films.

Still, the question as to who released the tape remains unanswered. Just a month ago Troyer reached a settlement with adult-film company SugarDVD, stating that the tape could not be sold without Troyer's approval. After that the tape went missing, and just this week it appeared for sale on the web.

Troyer's rep claims the actor had nothing to do with the tape's release and that he never had plans to sell or distribute it.

Either way, it can pretty much be assumed the small actor will never film him self doing anything personal again.

Verne Troyer Sues his Ex GF Ranae Shrider

Verne Troyer the 2'8" mini star of the Hot Movie "Austin Powers" films has accused his ex Girlf Friend Ranae Shrider of battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, and fraud among other list of complaints.

Troyer, 39, claims when he broke up with Shrider, she refused to move out of his house until he gave him money. But when he did, she just cashed the $3,000 check and still refused to get out. The actor had cited incidents when he had locked himself in his room to discouraged Shrider from physically harming him.

McPherson tells TMZ, "When you pick up a 2'8" human being and throw him to the floor, it hurts."

Verne Troyer also acusses Shrider of selling their sex tape for money

Troyer's attorney Ed McPherson has planned for a lawsuit that against Shrider accusing her to physical violence and intimidation, the 5'5" tall Shrider allegedly harassed the 2'8" tall actor, which made him feel unsafe and afraid in his own home.

It seems that, despite the release of an embarrassing sex-tape, legal battles, the apparent physical abuse and endless fighting, Verne Troyer and his ex-girlfriend, Renae Shrider continued to live together, until now.

This weekend Troyer (you might know him as Mini-Me) told E! News' Jason Kennedy that Shrider finally moved out. But wait, that means they still lived together. What? Now, doesn't that seem a little ridiculous?

Hopefully Troyer wasn't naive enough to make a second tape. But, you never know, sex makes people do weird things! Either way, Troyer is continuing with his $20 million lawsuit against Shrider for releasing the tape.
