          <title>Exercise Of The Week- Lunge With Bicep Curl</title>

&lt;p&gt;    This move is great for people who are trying to make the most of their gym time, and still get a great work out!!!  You can use this exercise in it&amp;#8217;s entirety, or you can seperate the moves to make it easier. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Hold the pose and preform a bicep curl.&lt;/strong&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Return to starting position and repeat&lt;/strong&gt;.
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;p&gt;   Try this move.  It will burn tons of calories, increase your heart rate and improve your balance.  Make sure you keep your stomach tight so you can work your abs as well.  You don&amp;#8217;t need to spend  hours working out in the gym everyday; you just have to work smarter, so you get the most out of your time.&lt;/p&gt;

In fact, if you&amp;#39;re goal is to build muscle, i&amp;#39;d reccomend that first. A Gym membership is even better. I have no problems suggesting this product though if you prefer to exercise at home and need something to get started. It did the job for me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I originally bought the Power Pro model. That didn&amp;#39;t have the LAT tower and once sold for over a grand. This model comes with even more and is now much cheaper. I&amp;#39;ve recently upgraded to this model and it&amp;#39;s just as good, if not better.</description>
