It's strange how the celebrity game works, at the moment one of the popular names is Wendi Deng. She's even one of Google's top 100 trends. Wonder why?

Wendi Deng is the Chinese born wife of billionaire Rupert Murdoch. They got hitched on June 25 1999 and have two children, Grace and Chloe. She is a business woman in her own right and is a director for the holding company that licences the MySpace brand to MySpace China.

She may have become news because of the couples age difference, not that this had suddenly happened, of course! She is 40 to his 74.

According to some research at Stanford University it shows that the older a man is when he marries, after the age of 40, the greater the likelihood that his wife will be a lot younger. And this doesn't supposedly just apply to millionaires and billionaires, it's the same for financially poor men.

Must say this sounds hard to believe - the 'poor man' version that is. But statistics, that can be made to prove anything, show that men in their 60's for example tend to marry women at least 13 years younger than themselves.

Yes, but being a male billionaire must help, mustn't it?
