How To Transfer RuneScape Gold Since Trading Litmited

Have you all forgotten not more than 2 years ago we could trade as freely as we liked? Jagex isn’t concerned about trading money between legit accounts. Its OKAY for a lvl 136 to give his lvl 3 friend 10m if he/she wishes.

I love how Jagex has taken away absolute freedom and suddenly you all think its too generous to give more than 500k away.
Its unbelievable how simple minded some people are.

Now I have experimented many different ways to make the trade limit better for all players, yet still make it difficult for RWTers to get their trade limits up quickly. This new formula will be best suited for long-term players.

It requires that players do quests and gain XP in their skills. New players will start with a 10K trade limit as a result of a constant of 10K. Players with under 10 Quest Points will not have their QPs factored in.

The trade limit will still last for 15 minutes.
Example Scenarios

-Member with 1M total XP and 50 QPs
(1M/10K)*(50/10)+10K = 10.5K trade limit

-Free player with 300K total XP and 8 QPs
(300K/10K)*(N/A)+10K = 10K trade limit

-Member with 25M total XP and 100 QPs
(25M/10K)*(100/10)+10K = 35K trade limit

-Free player with 5M total XP and 20 QPs
(5M/10K)*(20/10)+10K = 11K trade limit

-Member with 100M total XP and 282 QPs
(100M/10K)*(282/10)+10K = 292K trade limit

-Free player with 12.5M total XP and 40 QPs
(12.5M/10K)*(40/10)+10K = 15K trade limit
Feel free to plug in any pair of numbers into my formula. It should produce a reasonable trade limit for every player. The oldest players in the game will be able to trade more freely, and young players should be pleased too!

A player with 1B experience and 282 QPs would be able to trade about 2.8M. This may sound like a lot, but that player would have been playing for years and is without a doubt a true player, not a RWT. 2.8M is a reasonable trade limit for someone who probably has a lot of money. That is exactly what makes this new formula so strong: It allows a comfortable limit for all honest, long-term players, and makes it tough for RWTs.

Here we go again, typical RS players, extremely selfish and heads up their behinds.
Players should stop thinking about their OWN trade limit and think about the idea in general for the whole community.
What some players don’t realise is RS does NOT revolve around them.
Comments like, “oh nu, my tradelimit wil onli be 10k, i dont support” are what I’m talking about.

To OP: I do agree the trade limit system should be revamped but not in that sense.
Factors like blackmarks, and some skills are weighted more than others like, Slayer vs. Cooking.
Good initiative to a much needed idea.
