We all treasure being in possession of legs and should undertaking to reinforce and tone them. Here are 5 best exercises to have lean toned leg muscles.
1.Circle one leg
Lie down on your back and lift your left leg towards the ceiling. You can bend your left leg a bit or put your feet on the floor and bend your right knee to improve your stability. Now arc your left leg whilst you breathe and whilst you breathe out circle it down until it crosses your midline and then bring it to the center. Repeat the activity clockwise three times then anticlockwise three times and then switch legs.
2.Inner thigh lift
Lie on your left side with your body in a straight line, you will pull forward your legs some inches. Now bend you right leg so that your right foot rests out front of your left thigh. Now hold your right ankle with your right hand and raise your left leg by some inches whilst you breathe. Lower your leg whilst breathing out and repeat the activity for a number of times before you switch sides.
3.Side kick
You can move your legs forward some inches. Kick your right leg up whilst you breathe and lower it in a controlled demeanour whilst breathing out. Make sure that whilst you kick up, your body remains in a straight line. Repeat the activity a number of times before you switch sides.
4.Using sorcery circles
Sit upright on a bench and cross your arms before you. Place a sorcery circle between your thighs. And while exhaling, squeeze it out and count 3.
5.Using exercise ball
Place the exercise ball between your shins and lie down on your back.
Inhale : extend your legs vertical
Exhale : bring your legs towards your chest until they come parallel to it and continue breathing out whilst you extend your legs to your shoulders.
Exhale : lower your body so that your vertebrates touch the floor one at a time till your legs become vertical.
Inhale : lower your legs to start all over again. .
