Using ActiveSync with 2 devices 2 logins profiles ???

I have two devices 1 AT T Tilt aka HTC Kaiser 8925 running WM6 2 iPaq running WM2003 I have 1 PC and two separate logins. I'd like to use 1 device per login. How can I assign a separate login to each device? Thanks!...
