Google said it is looking to make old newspapers search able online by partnering with newspaper publishers to digitize millions of pages of news archives. If you have not seen it, this is very cool. Street View allows you to go to a location and see it as though you were standing on the street. Street-level view on the Las Vegas Strip in front of Treasure Island and the Mirage Hotel and Casino. Google gives a tour of Street View at this link . This is incredible the amount of detail involved. And having been to a number of these areas, the view is a good as memory serves.

Gmail and Picasa Albums are going fee based if you need more storage. At the moment gmail offers users 2.82 GB of free space and Picasa album offers 1 GB of free space. Users who have been using these free services from the search giant can update their storage upto a whooping 250 GB for a fee. What is the fee structure?
