Coming off a successful turn in Sixteen Candles, Anthony Michael Hall became the youngest cast member ever at just 17 when he joined SNL in 1985 as part of the younger, hipper reboot. While he went on to be an '80s movie icon and later the dick who beats up Edward Scissorhands, Hall's time on the primetime sketch comedy circuit didn't last more than a season.
