This Is What It Looks Like When 'Game of Thrones' Inspires Paris Fashion Week
A Winter collection is coming.
The worlds of fashion and pop culture are constantly borrowing from each other. That's been especially apparent at this year's Parish Fashion Week, where just last week Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson took over Valentino's show in a surprise walk-off as Zoolander and so-hot-right-now Hansel as a publicity stunt for the sequel, all while wearing Valentino's collection, of course. And now the biggest show on television has found it's way onto the runway.
Like most of us, designer Manish Arora must be a Game of Thrones fan because his most recent collection draws heavily from Westeros.
House Stark (what's remaining of them anyway) would look great in these numbers:
If Daenerys needs something fancy, she can reach for this bedazzled dragon:
Arora and every good member of the seven kingdoms knows skulls should be used not buried:
The three-eyed raven sees all, including next year's trends:
You gotta armor up when you go into battle, be it on the runway or in a duel:
And, of course, it wouldn't be Game of Thrones-inspired without some stabbing (SPOILERS):
