These two shared a tender moment at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, when Spears was called to the stage to accept her MTV Video Vanguard Award -- a lifetime achievement honor for making so many super, super hot vids. Or something. At this point engagement rumors had already been running wild, but, as we know now, Trawick hadn't popped the question quite yet.
