'Wonder Woman' is great, but what about Mia Thermopolis?

Lately, Chris Pine has been filling the hefty shoes of Wonder Woman Diana Prince's love interest, but if a new interview is any indication, he wouldn't mind a little Princess in his life either.

In a Tumblr-hosted Q&A session with EW, Pine was asked who his heroes were, what his TV habits looked like, and the one question that's on all of our minds: "Don’t you pray every night for a Princess Diaries 3?"

His response was perfectly befitting of a prince:

Pine, 35, also mentioned that he's most looking forward to catching up with season four of Homeland, and "eagerly looking forward to Game of Thrones.”

The Q&A was meant to serve as promo for the actor's upcoming film The Finest Hour, but the heart wants what it wants, guys.

It's been 12 years since Pine acted alongside Anne Hathaway in The Princess Diaries' second installment, coming out roses as much-needed hero Lord Nicholas Devereaux, who foils his uncle's scheme to steal the throne of Genovia via his unexpected love for Princess Mia.

Last we saw, the two were on the road to living happily ever after, Genovia's council having decided their patriarchal traditions needed to go.

We can only imagine the gloriousness that would follow if the two were to have some little royals of their own, but truly, we'd be cool with anything if it meant a little more of this:
