Ryan Reynolds Is the New Ryan Gosling in This Hilarious 'The Notebook 2' Spoof
If he's a bird, he's a bird.
The Notebook might never get a sequel, but if it does, Ryan Reynolds is ready to step up.
The Deadpool star visited Conan on Wednesday, where he asked the audience to play a casual game of "Which of These Movies Am I Actually Here to Promote?" In addition to a new line of ham underwear, a controversial dolphin documentary, and a new parenting book entitled "10 Easy Steps to Lowering Your Child's Self-Esteem," viewers were #blessed with a very special (and fake) clip of "The Notebook 2."
In it, Reynolds and "Conan McAdams" re-enact one of The Notebook's most iconic scenes, standing in the rain soaking wet as they unleash all the feels. Check it out at the 4:32 mark.
Strangely enough, a petition for the full-length version has not yet been created.
Reynolds, who recently welcomed his second daughter with wife Blake Lively, also addressed the differences between American Halloween and the Halloween of his native land, Vancouver, Canada.
"Where I'm from, Vancouver, there are explosives involved," Reynolds said. "It is f*cking dangerous."
