Cristiano Ronaldo (Bauer Griffin) Cristiano Ronaldo and his sexy girlfriend Irina Shayk were the center of attention at the Madrid Masters, where both looked hot as usual. It's hard to say if they actually watched any of the matches, as they spent the majority of the time snuggling and kissing one another, but either way, our photogs were there to catch them!One's a superstar soccer player, while the other's a supermodel. Both are extremely hot, which is why we put them at the No. 18 spot on our annual list of the 100 Hottest Celebrity Couples.
The two enjoyed time off from their respective careers to take in some sun and fun at the Madrid Masters, where Spanish giant Rafael Nadal lost in the final to Novak Djokovic.
