If there's one person who knows a thing or two about staying fit, it's personal trainer Dolvett Quince, who stars on NBC's The Biggest Loser. We had the chance to ask him a few questions via email, and got the guy to open up about his celebrity crush, the best way to get rock hard abs like his, and plenty more.

Of all the popular diet crazes over the years, like the Atkins diet, which, if any work?
I'm not a fan of any "diet" craze. They are usually short lived. I believe and support lifestyle and longevity.

What celebrities do you admire for their health habits, and figure?
I just recently met Ryan Gosling, and I admire his commitment to health!

Do you have a celebrity crush?

My celebrity crush is Emmanuelle Chriqui.

If you work full time, what's the one thing you'd recommend to do daily to stay fit?
Set your alarm clock to remind you to get "your" workout in! Also: when to eat. You should have at least five meals a day to speed up your metabolism.

What's your relationship like with Justin Bieber? Does he want to look as ripped as you?

Your reality TV show offers real, positive results. Does it bother you that many popular reality TV shows offer little substance?
Sure, I take a lot of pride in getting real results for real people. Often times reality shows exaggerate and sensationalize people. I'm proud to be a part of a show that genuinely changes people's lives.

How long would it take a normal looking person to get abs like yours?
You get abs by eating right first and foremost. Have that discipline and you'll look almost as good as me!

When stars put on and lose large amounts of weight for roles, is that detrimental to their health?
When you're forced to do anything in a short period of time that extremely shocks your body. You throw off your natural metabolism and the function of your body, and that's never a good thing! However, I know guys like Matthew McConaughey who have roles to look thin, go the raw and healthy route with the guidance of a doctor. So it pays to be smart about it.

Do you own any Billy Blanks or Richard Simmons videos?
No, I don't. But I think they own a few of mine!

What are your guilty pleasures?
I'm becoming a wine connoisseur, so I'd say red wine. In moderation of course.

What do you do to connect with your fans?
I reach them with cool new and exciting apps like LifeKraze. It's fun and easy to use, and people love it.

Watch Quince on The Biggest Loser, Monday nights on NBC, 8/7c.

I'm a former Associate Editor at Zimbio.
