(Getty)The one major take-away from the last Golden Globes was, "Why can't Tina Fey and Amy Poehler host EVERYTHING?" Well, we may not get them to do everything, but they will be back to run things at the Golden Globes in 2014 and — wait for it — 2015 as well!
In a rare win for NBC, the network doubled down on the close friends and SNL vets, announcing in a statement Tuesday morning, "We’re elated they wanted to host together again and that they committed for the next two years.”
That means we get double the kick-ass monologues, double the fake nominations, and double the shots fired at Taylor Swift. The Golden Globes was already the best awards show of the season on account of the brevity and open bar situation, but with the guaranteed laughs from Fey and Poehler, it's light years ahead of the competition. (Now they just need to sign Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrell as presenters again... for life.)
