Zimbio Interview: Director Richard Linklater Loves Jack Black's Mustache in 'Bernie'

Almost a decade after teaming up to bring us School of Rock, Richard Linklater and Jack Black have reunited to deliver a fascinating black comedy that reinforces the director's status as one of cinema's most creative auteurs.

Though Linklater refuses to work or live in Hollywood for any extended period of time -- he's been based in Austin since the '80s -- that hasn't prevented the guy from working with some of Tinseltown's biggest stars. Over the course of his career, he's directed the likes of Robert Downey Jr., Ben Affleck, Keanu Reeves, and Zac Efron, to name just a few.
