The youngest Hemsworth brother hit Jimmy Fallon on Monday to promote new film Independence Day: Resurgence. Things got a little wild.

After a poignant opening speech on Sunday's Orlando massacre from Fallon, Liam Hemsworth sat down with the host to discuss Resurgence, 20th Century Fox's $200 million follow-up to the 1996 original.

In it, Hemsworth plays fighter pilot Jake Morrison, an orphan whose parent's death during the War of '96 inspired him to join the Earth Space Defense.

On Monday evening, however, the only thing 26-year-old Hemsworth was defending was his rightful place as Flip Cup Champion.

Fallon and his highly coordinated guest also discussed Hemsworth's family, when it was revealed Liam's nickname is "Triple Six," or "The devil's number":

"My uncles used to call me 'Triple Six' and they tried to exorcise me at one point and it didn’t work," the actor admitted.

Catch Independence Day: Resurgence in theaters June 24.
