Kate Middleton Dazzles in Emerald on the BAFTAs Red Carpet
The Duchess of Cambridge, who is seven months pregnant, looks amazing as ever.
Shield your eyes. Protect those corneas. Kate Middleton is at it again.
The Duchess of Cambridge graced the red carpet on Sunday evening for the 71st British Academy Film Awards. Seven months pregnant, the style icon dropped jaws in a beautiful emerald ensemble.
No big deal. Just another Sunday.
The classic cap-sleeved Jenny Packham gown was adorned with a black ribbon. She tied the look together with black flats, a black velvet clutch, and matching emerald jewelry.
Her husband, Prince William, was also in attendance.
While the Duchess did not opt for a black gown — the suggested color, in support of the "Time's Up" movement — the look's black accents are notable. As per royal protocol, Middleton is unable to speak publicly on political affairs.
Stars like Game of Thrones alum, Natalie Dormer, Salma Hayek, Saoirse Ronan, and Angelina Jolie also attended. The actors all sported black gowns of varied styles.
The Duchess of Cambridge is currently expecting her third child with Prince William.
The new baby will be little brother or sister to Prince George, 4, and Princess Charlotte, who turns three in May.
