She and professional football player Hank Baskett confirmed the pregnancy in June, 2009, about seven months after she confirmed her engagement to Hank.

Hank Baskett IV was born December 11, 2009, to Hank and Kendra WIlkinson. Baby pictures have been posted several times to Kendra's Twitter page and on her official Web site.

In early July, 2010, she gushed on her blog about the experience of raising her young son. “I can’t believe my lil guy is already 7-months-old, ahhhh I feel like he was just born yesterday!!!!! Watching baby Hank grow has been the most incredible gift I’ve ever been given, and each day I feel like I’m seeing him for the first time!”
