Lindsay Lohan has been in jail for 6 days, and there have been mixed reports about how the troubled star is doing in the slammer. Some reports suggest that she's "making friends" while others suggest that she's crying and miserable. The truth is likely somewhere in between.

She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, but sources at the LA County Sheriff's office said that her time behind bars would be much less because of overcrowding. Her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, hopes she'll be free by the end of the week.
The star is serving time for not following the terms of her 2007 probation, and she'll be spending 90 days in rehab whenever she does make it out of the Lynwood Correctional Facility. Hopefully then she'll get the help she needs to not end up back in an orange jumpsuit -- at least a state-owned one.
