Rachael Ray's talk show career hasn't earned her any points in fellow TV chef Martha Stewart's book. Stewart recently appeared on ABC's Nightline, where she dissed Ray's skills in the kitchen and basically wrote her off as more of an "entertainer" than a chef.

She said (via PopEater): "Well, to me, she professed that she could -- cannot bake. She -- just did a new cookbook which is just a re-edit of a lot of her old recipes. She -- and that's not good enough for me. [A cookbook] is a unique and lasting thing. Something that will really fulfill a need in someone's library."
She went on to say that Rachael, on the other hand, is "more of an entertainer ... with her bubbly personality, than she is a teacher, like me. That's not what she's professing to be."
Ouch -- or maybe not. Turns out, Ray was completely un-bothered by Martha's comments and said she agreed with her when pressed for a comment. Rachael asked, "Why would it make me mad? Her skill set is far beyond mine. That's simply the reality of it."
She continued, "That doesn't mean that what I do isn't important too... I don't consider it needling. I really just think she's being honest. She does have a better skill set than I do when it comes to producing a beautiful, perfect, high-quality meal. I'd rather eat Martha's than mine, too."
Wow: After smiling through being slammed by both Stewart and Anthony Bourdain, Rachael's proven she's a seriously good sport.
