(Pacific Coast News)more pics »A Leicester, England woman named Heidi Wessen gave birth to a baby girl at the Glastonbury festival in the early hours of Sunday morning, NME reports. Wessen went into labor shortly after the Rolling Stones' hit-stuffed set, a full two weeks shy of her due date. Both mom and baby are said to be "fine and fabulous."
A Glastonbury spokesperson cheerfully noted, "We'd like to send our congratulations to the family. We look forward to welcoming them back in future years. We've had babies born here that are now grown-ups. They still come every year. That's a beautiful thing."
There have probably been way more babies conceived at Glastonbury born there, but cheers to Wessen and her baby girl! Hopefully this means the little one was born with classic tastes.
