From the castle, to the king cobras (as well as the antidote serum in case they bit him) to his two (yes, two) islands in the Bahamas, Nic Cage defines excess. But of all his outrageous purchases, perhaps none makes less sense than the $276,000 dinosaur skull he had to outbid Leonardo DiCaprio for in 2007. Just writing that sentence leaves us nonplussed.
