Taylor Swift & Zayn Malik Drop a Surprise Track for 'Fifty Shades Darker'
Take a seat because you're gonna lose it after hearing these vocals.
Try to hold it together for more than 30 seconds. I dare you.
Of course, Taylor Swift would gift the world with a surprise track right around the holidays. What makes it a zillion times better though? The song is a collaboration with former One Direction-er and pop star in his own right, Zayn Malik. It's easy to see how these musicians fell into the studio together, given that Zayn's girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, is Tay Tay's close friend and fellow squad member.
The Fifty Shades Darker track is aptly titled “I Don't Wanna Live Forever” and it's exclusively available on Apple Music. As expected, it's already #1 on iTunes as reported by Swift earlier this morning. She also revealed that the song is co-written with Jack Antonoff and Sam Dew.
Here's the snippet Swift put up, featuring a close listen of her vocals from "I Don't Wanna Live Forever."
Now check out the snippet featuring Zayn's vocals in the spotlight. IT'S EVERYTHING. Trust me.
No offense to Swifty, but Zayn's insane vocals totally blow her out of the water. In fact, when the two are singing in sync, the difference in their vocal range is further amplified. It's a good effort by the mega-pop star, but Zayn is clearly in a league of his own.
