Ariana Grande got cozy with her award for "Favorite Female Artist" at Sunday's American Music Awards 2015.

The 22-year-old beat out fellow contenders Taylor Swift and Meghan Trainor for the honor in the pop/rock genre.

While accepting her pointy, moderately intimidating trophy, Grande said her obligatory hellos to pop legend Paula Abdul and graduated into a three-pronged speech on just how befuddled she was by her win, the caliber of her fanbase, and "ew," tears.

She is, by all accounts, pretty adorable, but don't tell the donuts I said that.
