7 Important Life Lessons from Vintage Paris Hilton
Paris made 'The Simple Life' that much simpler.
Both fans and reluctant onlookers watched Paris live The Simple Life nearly eight years ago (the show aired for the last time on August 5, 2007) with then-best friend Nicole Richie. Together they managed farms, mini-marts, and home chores across the U.S., their antics driving ratings for four years.
But while Paris's simple days are dead and gone, we can glean several important life lessons from the wisdom she chose to share with us during that time.
On being at a loss for words
Most effective when near a running oven, hiking Death Valley, or sitting on the leather seats of your Ferrari after they've been infiltrated by the sun's rays for several hours. LA is sunny, just so that everyone knows. Go there, NOW.
Quality studying habits
"How do I answer this question without eliciting another?" the child wonders with discernment.
On having confidence
If there's one thing we should pick up from Paris, it's her unrelenting self-assurance in the face of adversity. Or whatever dress codes are.
Not sweating the small stuff
Contributing to the world
Everyone should leave life with the knowledge that they've left behind something great. Promoters across the world, bow to your queen.
