Poll of the Day: Which 'Twilight' Star Is Most Likely to Win an Oscar in Their Career?

The Twilight franchise isn't on anyone's Oscar radar, but that's not to say the stars of the film aren't capable of one day landing a role that leads to Academy Award glory. But which Twilight alum is best poised to take home the industry's most coveted prize?

Despite the fact that NPR once compared his acting ability "a log of wood," Robert Pattinson has a decent shot given he's positioning himself alongside some of Hollywood's most original and appreciated directors (David Cronenberg with Cosmopolis and Werner Herzog in the upcoming Lawrence of Arabia film Queen of the Desert). Similarly, Kristen Stewart has moved away from the young adult stuff to more serious roles in projects like the big screen adaptation of Kerouac's On the Road. Plus, being the two leads of one of the most successful franchises ever probably means they can be very selective when it comes to future films.

As for the supporting players, Taylor Lautner has yet to dip his toe into any serious Oscar-y parts yet. Then again, he's only 20, so time is on his side. Likewise, Ashley Greene's filmography doesn't scream Oscar bait. (We'll have to wait and see what she's like in the CBGB movie.) And if you ask Kellan Lutz, he'll tell you he's destined to have one of those gold statuettes on his mantle. "I want to act for the rest of my life," Lutz told DuJour magazine. "I'll win an Oscar one day, but I'm in no rush to get there. I don't care if that takes me 50 years and I'm old." You can't argue with that kind of confidence.

But enough about what Lutz thinks. We want to know who you'd put your money on.
