Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were arrested in Santa Barbara County yesterday on charges of felony burglary for allegedly living in a home they once owned illegally. The current owner of the home apparently called the sheriff's department to report that the couple was squatting at the home, and trashing the place, according to TMZ.
