School Comes Before Showbiz for Richie Sambora's Daughter

Richie Sambora (Getty Images)Richie Sambora's 12-year-old daughter Ava made her modeling debut earlier this year when the rocker launched his White Trash Beautiful clothing label. And although Ava loved every minute of it, Dad says she'll have to complete her education before she pursues a full-time career in the spotlight.

Richie said: “She can do anything she wants to do but she needs to stay in school first -- that’s something I’m really set on and then she can pursue anything she wants.”

However, Richie admits Ava is completely into her fashion and loves to dress up because she normally has to wear her restrictive school uniform.

The 50-year-old star told BANG Showbiz: “She loves fashion and we make stuff for her to wear, which she thinks is really cool. She goes to a private school and has to wear a uniform normally so loves the opportunity to show off in the latest trends. She’s a real fashionista.”
