(Getty Images)more pics » Sarah Hyland (Getty Images) After taking home the night's biggest comedy prize, Modern Family star Sarah Hyland slipped into a short and feathered white dress for the FX 2011 Emmy after party.

Hyland walked the Emmy red carpet in a chic, one-shoulder gown and addressed a recent Glee-related controversy that has gotten the young starlet into a bit of trouble. Turns out Sarah did on imitation of Lea Michele's red carpet posing that had some Glee fans fuming.

“It’s like a slow-motion picture kind of thing. It’s just like, she puts her hands on her hips like this and like sticks out her collarbones," she told Joan Rivers on E!'s Fashion Police. "She sticks out her collarbones to make her look skinnier and she goes sticks out her lips.”

Hyland apologized on the red carpet for the incident, saying that she had the utmost respect for Lea's fierce posing prowess. Sarah seems to have gotten the last laugh, though -- Modern Family was the big winner at this year's Emmys while Glee went home from the telecast empty-handed.
