Sheila Kelley: Pole-Dancing Teacher to the Stars

Sheila Kelley is no stranger to the red carpet, having been an actress for 20 years, but for years she's also been teaching Hollywood's leading ladies pole-dancing! Kelley has taught celebs like Teri Hatcher, Lindsay Lohan, and Kate Hudson how to shimmy up and down the pole.

Apparently Kate is pretty talented. "She just loves being feminine. Every movement for her is beautiful and sexy," Kelley, 48, says about her student (via People magazine). "The excitement of sharing it [with her boyfriend] was big for her. She wanted to do a routine, to share it.”

Kelley has her own company, S Factor, and she also incorporates yoga-like stretches and strength training in her classes. "It's a really safe, fun, wholesome and sexy environment," she said. "It's not sleazy or tacky or silly; it's really sensual and beautiful. It's not about being naked."

Sheila's acting work includes stints on TV's ER, L.A. Law, and currently she has a role on Lost.
