Don't Miss:
Next month's issue of Cosmopolitan UK - the "body confidence" issue - will feature actress Mischa Barton on its cover, wearing...nothing.

Don't get too excited. The only shots to have hit the internet this far are from the waist up, and cleverly conceal anything R-rated. Cosmopolitan is not Penthouse, after all (but if you're that desperate to see Mischa nude, she's filmed a few scandalous scenes in the past - we'll leave it up to you to search for them).

In a dialogue befitting the "body confidence" issue, Mischa discusses her weight and the trials that come with having weight become a public issue (she was oft-ridiculed after paparazzi photos highlighted cellulite in her thighs, and accused of disordered eating when she appeared quite thin at Paris Fashion Week).

Some choice quotes about how Mischa feels about her body:
  • It's human nature to be self-critical, but it's possible to like the way you look. I'm happy now - I wouldn't change my body, and I couldn't anyway. The only way to be happy and be a more enjoyable person to be around is to embrace what you've got...Everyone has issues about their body, but I feel confident now. I'm healthy and happy.
  • Surely there are more important issues than if someone has cellulite? And I don't understand the point of people looking for bad things. Why bother? I know it's human nature to want to pick on other people, but I find it a little shallow.
Mischa also says that she's "grown immensely" following her breakup with Kooks' frontman Luke Pritchard, saying, "Nothing makes you grow like finding out that somebody or something isn't good for you."

Barton has just been cast in the upcoming CW pilot for "A Beautiful Life," a show about a group of models living together in New York City. Ashton Kutcher is the show's creator.
