Tiger Woods (Getty Images) It's been more than a year now since news of scandal flipped Tiger Woods' life upside down. Since the scandal first broke, Tiger has been trying to get his life back together and focus on playing golf.Tiger has more or less successfully kept himself out of the news cycle for anything not related to golf. And while it seems that Tiger's golf game suffered in the wake of the scandal, Tiger is still a force to be reckoned with on the national circuit.
While Tiger avoided the press, not everyone involved in the scandal did. Rachel Uchitel appeared on Celebrity Rehab's fourth season, and upon placing her New York apartment up for sale in February, 2011, she spoke to the press about rehabilitating her reputation.
“People have called me all sorts of names, but they don’t know me,” she said. "I am not the same as the other girls and I never ever imagined in my wildest dreams that I would be caught up in a scandal like this.
“If things had been different and 9/11 had never happened, my life would have taken a different course. I’d be fat and happy, living in a big house in Long Island with a load of kids. ... I am not a whore, nor am I a girl impressed by money or fame. I have a brain and I came from money. I never needed any man’s money."
