The Masters - Round One

(Getty Images)more pics »Tiger Woods made his return to professional golf Thursday after leaving the sport following the sex scandal that turned his life upside down in November. While most fans cheered for the golfer as he took to the Masters course in Augusta, Georgia, there were still signs of his scandal-plagued personal life.

Tiger will probably have to put up with stunts like this for a while. (Getty)
Case in point? As Tiger took to the course to tee off in the first round of the tournament Thursday, a plane could be seen overhead with a banner trailing behind it that read: "TIGER: DID YOU MEAN BOOTYISM?" For those who didn't catch it, yes that's a reference to Tiger's religion: Buddhism.

Tiger's much-hyped return to golf was kicked off Monday with a press conference where he addressed both his scandal and his game. It looks like the two will be inextricably linked for the duration of the Masters tournament. One of TIger's alleged mistresses, adult actress Joslyn James has gone so far as to schedule a three-day engagement at a strip club in nearby Atlanta, Georgia.
