How's this for a twist?

Talk about a major TV facelift!

Last Man Standing has lost two key members of the Baxter family. The ex-ABC comedy will relaunch this fall on Fox, but it won't be the same show you're used to watching! TVLine has confirmed that both Molly Ephraim and Flynn Morrison opted not to return for Season 7. Currently, their roles are in the process of being recast.

Ephraim played Mike's daughter, Mandy, while Morrison played Mike's grandson, Boyd. As of now, Kaitlyn Dever is still in negotiations to return on a recurring basis. Let's hope her contract is secured, so the producers don't have to recast Eve's character as well.

The series regulars who are already confirmed to rejoin Tim Allen for Season 7 include Nancy Travis, Amanda Fuller, Jonathan Adams, Christoph Sanders, Jordan Masterson, and Hector Elizondo.

As previously reported, Fox resurrected Last Man Standing back in May ⏤ almost a year after the show's controversial cancelation by ABC. It's believed that the success of the Roseanne revival prompted 20th Century Fox to reassess Last Man Standing's viability. Whether it will prove to be just as successful is yet to be determined.

Last Man Standing will, ironically, reclaim its old ABC time slot. Catch the brand new season on Friday, Sept. 28 at 8/7c on Fox.
