Well, things might have just gotten ugly (perhaps uglier) in the Eva Longoria-Tony Parker split. The Desperate Housewives star filed for divorce in LA on Wednesday, and now Tony filed again in Bexar County, Texas Friday. Does this mean war?

In the petition, which has been obtained by gossip website TMZ, Tony states the "marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between Petitioner and Respondent that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationships and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation".
The decision by the former couple to file legal papers in different states means there could now be a battle regarding where the divorce hearing will take place. If it goes ahead in Texas they could be legally separated within as little as 60 days.
When Eva filed the papers in California, she cited "irreconcilable differences" in her petition and is seeking spousal support from the 28-year-old sportsman.
