Carlos Varredo and Rui Costa got into a fight after Stage 6 of Le Tour.
The scuffle was broken up before either rider got hurt.  Costa and Barredo will continue racing in Le Tour 2010 tomorrow.  Both competitors were given fines of 400 Swiss Francs (about $380 US dollars) for 'insults, threats and incorrect behaviour'.

Mark Cavendish won Stage 6 today in a final sprint.   Fabian Cancellara maintains his overall lead and will ride in the yellow jersey tomorrow.  However, all eyes are on Alberto Contador, Lance Armstrong, and Cadel Evans now that the tour is getting into the mountains.
