Jenna's new hubby: For love or money?

You might want to sit down for this. It turns out love isn't the only reason to marry a Bush.

Jenna's new husband, Henry Hager, got more than the hand of the President's daughter when he married into one of the most powerful families in the world over the weekend. It looks like he also got set up with a nice little piece of action with Constellation Energy in Baltimore.

First order of business: building the United States' first new nuclear power plant since the three-mile-island catastrophe just 50 miles from the White House.

Chris Kelly reports at the Huffington Post:

"Constellation Energy is the 33rd worst corporate air polluter in the United States.

Well, then there's nowhere to go but up. I'll bet Henry Hager will get them into the high twenties in no time."

To tell the truth, I'm just not shocked. This administration has always had that whole skull-and-crossbones feel to it, which is just repeatedly reaffirmed by the ever-shady Karl Rove and Vice President and sometimes James Bond villain Dick Cheney.

Cheney shot a guy in the face and the guy apologized! So is it any surprise the Bush camp could hook a new son-in-law up with an energy powerhouse that works hard to do its part in bringing about global climate change?

This is just more fuel for the funeral pyre on the sinking ship that is the S.S. Bush, but we've come to expect more from the first President to openly defend the use of torture. I guess it's all up to Hager to shock us into paying attention from here on out.
