People Wanted to Believe That the Trump Tower Climber Was 'Supernatural' Star Jared Padalecki

Jared Padalecki is a man of many, many talents. However, scaling the Trump Tower in New York City using only suction cups is simply not one of them. 

On Wednesday afternoon, a man bearing a striking resemblance to the Supernatural star was arrested by local police officers after a roughly three-hour climb up the iconic Manhattan landmark. His goal, apparently, was to meet the Republican presidential nominee (hopefully, to talk some real sense into him). 

Those watching the event go down immediately reached out to Padalecki, who then issued the following responses on social media: 

The real Trump Tower climber was later identified by the media as 19-year-old Stephen Rogata of Great Falls, Virginia. However, we'll roll with the internet on this one.
