Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-TX) (C) joins fellow Republicans for an event to celebrate Congress passing the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act on the South Lawn of the White House December 20, 2017 in Washington, DC. Farenthold said he would not seek re-election after being accused of creating a hostile work environment for women staffers and settling a sexual harrasment lawsuit with $84,000 of taxpayer money. The tax bill is the first major legislative victory for the GOP-controlled Congress and Trump since he took office almost one year ago.
