British Prime Minister David Cameron chats to British cycling coach Dave Brailsford (R) and Olympic medal winning cyclists Paul Manning (L) and Ed Clancy (2nd R) during a visit to the National Cycling Centre on October 3, 2011 in Manchester, England.
