Wes Welker is headed for the Super Bowl AND the altar. The Pats receiver reportedly popped the question to girlfriend Anna Burns over the holidays, reports NFL.com.

These two have been together for just under two years, by our estimates, and she even helped nurse him back to health when a knee injury took him out of the 2010 season.

So who is this Burns woman? Well, she was Mis Hooters International 2005 and looks great in a bikini. She's a model and, of course, a Pats fan.
