Is Carrie Underwood a Carol Hannah fan?
American Idol alum Carrie Underwood was among the best performers at the 2009 American Music Awards, reminding the audience what a real singer should sound like. She took to the stage in a little gold and black jumpsuit - one that undoubtedly looked mighty familiar to Project Runway fans.It appears that Underwood wore a modified version of one of the dresses Project Runway's Carol Hannah Whitfield showed at the season 6 finale show at Bryant Park. Underwood's version featured hot pants in lieu of a skirt, presumably to allow for more movement. She paired it with a ridiculously sexy pair of metallic peep-toe boots.
If this design is indeed Carol Hannah's, it will only add fuel to many fans' adamance that she should have won this seaon instead of the unfavorably edited Irina Shabayeva.
