Last Wednesday was my best friend's birthday. She doesn't live anywhere near me so I looked for some sites for greeting cards online . Those who read my blogs know that my husband Gary and I are full time RV - ing for a while. Of all the things that I consider important, dental care if right up there with the top few things. Eating right would be number one though eating right is a part of dental care. The right foods = healthy teeth etc. etc. Brushing several times a day, flossing, and getting regular checkups, all are just plain good sense if you want your teeth to last throughout your lifetime.
