I also received your support email requesting that we delete your account. Which of course I'm sorry to hear but can satisfy your request.

Once your account has been disabled, you will no longer be able to add or delete articles on the zimbio network. If there are articles you'd like removed before disabling your account, you can easily delete them by clicking "Edit this article" when viewing one of your articles, and then select "delete" at the bottom of the page. I'm guessing only your very recent articles are collecting any traffic at this point, but I don't really know for sure...

anyways, once you're in a position that you'd like to have your account disabled, just send me a confirmation message and we'll make it happen...and of course if you change your mind, even better :)

ok i just asked again, and it sounds like it could actually take until this evening for the full fix to wash through the system (since a few crawls were queued up). let's check this tomorrow morning and be sure the fix took. the stuff that was crawled this morning wasn't auto-posted to any zines, they're just sitting in your profile waiting for you to post them. so half the fix is already washed through. by tomorrow no new articles should appear even in your profile.

i'm sorry again for the time delay. this issue is frustrating to us, too.
