Carly Rae Jepsen hit the blue carpet this evening at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She wore a DYANTHE FALL 2012 LBD with sheer panels. I must say that most of the looks at this show was a snooze. I don't get Carly Rae's dress and the GIO DIEV pumps are cute but to heavy for this look.
