Floyd Mayweather's Diva-Like Behavior During "SET" Photo Shoot

... any clothing selected by a stylist, be "controlled" in any way and threatened to "shut down" a photo shoot for the new fall issue of SET. Floyd Mayweather's diva-like behavior during the session was described as a "disaster" and he mocks Kanye West during his "skinny jeans" gay panic.

The shots came out—fine flip to the back cover and it's not hard to see why Mayweather's nickname is Pretty Boy—but that's beside the point. Although Mayweather agreed to be on one of the covers for this issue—the Style issue—when he arrived for the shoot he refused to wear a single piece of clothing that was handpicked by celeb stylist Malcolm Phipps. Instead, he wanted to be photographed wearing his own designer duds and threatened to shut down the shoot altogether is he was forced to wear anything that might make him resemble a certain hip--hop superstar from Chicago.

"Listen, I don't have a problem with Kanye West," he says, "but I do have a problem with skinny jeans. And I have a problem with everybody thinking they can put all these wild and weird colors together, too. Dudes today are flooded with a thousand tattoos, a bunch of piercings and bright colors, and pretend like that makes them different. But guess what? They all look alike. And another thing ..."

He stops and stares straight ahead at the Mayweather Promotions banner hanging from the ring. "I just don't like to be controlled."

Earlier in the interview, Mayweather emphasized his need for "control" and added: "I don't feel like I should be forced to do anything that doesn't make me comfortable."

That's right, Pretty Boy. If you aren't comfortable in the situation speak up, let your partner .. err public ... know.
