Illusions Wednesday - On my lunch break I thought I saw a pigeon walking around with no head... I think I was really hungry! There is a commercial out right now that talks about car insurance and all the stupid things drivers do to increase their chance of crashing, like: changing pants while driving, putting on make-up,talking on the phone etc............. I'm like yeah right - People don't really change their pants on the road behind the wheel. Today I saw some woman with a real glass bowl and real spoon slurpin up cereal while driving. WOW idiots reminded me of the headless pigeon. ... Read Full Story

Illusions on Friday - At work and ready for the weekend - In this sea of cubicles I can hear the slow sucking noise of souls being extracted into the abyss. Make sure you own something that no one can take from you........ Now its time for a Martini, ... Read Full Story

This guy kinda creeps me out. The artist describes himself as a "face paint illusionist" and he’s recently been featured in a 'Ripley’s Believe It or Not!' picture book. His particular form of artistic body painting is just for fun, though his other artwork has been displayed in galleries.

Thirteen dead and 31 wounded would be a bad day for the US military in Afghanistan, and a great victory for the Taliban. When it happens in Texas, in the heart of the biggest military base in the nation, at a processing center for soldiers either returning from or deploying to combat overseas, it is not merely a “tragedy” (as too many people called it) but a glimpse of a potentially fatal flaw at the heart of what we have called, since 9/11...

Skip It The Film:Imagine James Cameron's True Lies, only without Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jamie Lee Curtis, any explosive action or remnants of graspable humor, and then top it with both discomfort and ineffective role reversals for all involved. That's the gist of Christian Slater's return to the direct-to-video circuit with Lies and Illusions, Tibor Tak cs's film that stays true to its name by...
